Bunmi is the founder and director of MGA Real Estate Development Consultancy.
She is a Chartered Surveyor of over 15 years, with valuation, negotiation, development and agency experience. Bunmi has worked extensively with Local Authorities on regeneration of large housing estates, Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects, town centre redevelopments, urban extension sites. She has also advised other institutional and educational clients and worked with private developers, housing associations and the charity sector.
With both client side and consultancy experience, Bunmi is in a position to work closely with clients to achieve their objectives and offer good client care from first-hand experience. She is very skilled in bringing development projects forward from inception to completion.
